While the beanie excels in keeping my head warm, I must admit that the sizing runs a bit larger than expected. As someone with a slightly smaller head, the medium-large size covers my entire ear, which, on one hand, offers extra warmth, especially in extreme cold conditions. On the other hand, it might be too much coverage for those who prefer a more fitted look. I appreciate the versatility it offers; if earmuffs are not readily available, the oversized fit can double as ear protection. This feature can be particularly useful in exceptionally cold weather when added coverage is welcome. My only wish is that the beanie was available in smaller sizes. The current sizing options may pose a challenge for individuals with smaller heads who desire a snug fit. Offering small and medium sizes would ensure a more personalized and comfortable experience for a wider range of users.

I got this beanie for running and general outdoor work. It has a really soft feel and fits me perfectly, and has the right amount of stretch to stay on without squeezing my head. The cuff you see is sewn in, it does not roll down, which I really like for running as there is not a lot of extra material on the top of your head flopping around. If you want this to be able to come down farther over the ears (it just barely covers the ears when fully pulled down), then you may want to try another style. The material is so nice and dries quickly; after running in the afternoon it will easily dry overnight. One of my favorite hats for sure.

I usually fit well in medium sized hats. This had seems true to fit. It's advertised as a hat that can be worn rolled up or down. It's true but when it's up it seems just a tiny bit short and down it feels a tiny bit long. I guess that's the compromise. The hat itself feels very soft on the wool exterior as well as the fleece interior.

This is a neat, comfortable warm beanie. The wool outer layer is soft and simple, and the fleece lining is not sweaty. The size is great for my 7 and a quarter head. Delivery from China took five days.

Bought it to use as a sauna hat. After my first use my wife looked at it and realized that it had a lining that looked different than the rest. She found the label and saw that the it had a fleece liner. Overall seems quality just not as advertised.

Used this on a very cold 36�� CA morning of golf, and it worked great. It was warm and comfortable while I played the first 4-5 holes. I took it off as it warmed up. It also kept my ears covered and warm.

This hat is very warm and served it's purpose well. The only drawback is that it could use a little elasticity. I kept having to adjust it to stay on my head. The look and feel is top tier.

It looks line a winter hat, but it doesn't really block cold air or keep your head warm.

My hat shrunk in the washing machine. Now unusable.
