I ordered one pair as a gift for an Eagle Scout. I checked all my emails and tracking and it stated I would receive one pair no additional order or tracking numbers were found. I received two pair in one package and when I checked my credit card was charged twice. I sent an email to the service address but have not heard back. My request was for a return shipping label and the charge for one pair be refunded to my credit card. I apologize if there was a return email within 24 hours as my husband with cognitive issues periodically “ helps” by clearing out the email and I noticed he did so the next morning.
Its not a large, let alone an XL. Had to give it away.
It was for my guy when he works outdoors. He absolutely loves it!
The cap is working perfectly for all them desert days when that sun is beating upon my neck when I am outdoors.

I’ve purchased other products from TOP-EX & have appreciated the thought put into their products. This hat met my expectations for a quality product that fits my outdoor needs.
Since the item just arrived a few days ago, I've only had a chance to use it a couple of times. It seems to fit well, and is comfortable. My biggest concern thus far, is not knowing the best way to clean it. I sent a question in to the folks at TOP-EX, but haven't gotten an answer yet. Is it safe to put it in the washing machine? And dry it in the dryer?

Good quality and fit. The beak is noticeably longer for outdoor sports and glare protection. Overall good quality product.
