It appears that you want your customers to inform you of any issues with their orders within 3 days of receiving it but when the do you don’t respond.
I received my order, # TOPEX4118 on January 30, 2026, and immediately wrote to you with the email listed below, yet I’ve heard nothing in return. Id this you way of getting out of taking care of customer complaints? Please read the first email below sent on January 30, 2026.

I just received the hat I ordered on January 21, 2026, order # TOPEX4118, and when I put the hat on, the visor comes down so low I can barely see what is in front of me, and no, it’s not too big, it’s the way the visor is attached to the bowl. I’m not sure who designed that hat but there is no way that any normal person could wear that hat and see clearly what’s in front of them if they had to look up slightly. I have been wearing baseball hats for over six decades, and I have never ever had a hat fit that badly.
Since it hasn’t been worn or used at all, the hat is in the same new condition as it was when I received it, tags and all packaging intact. What are my return options for a refund?

Very warm, but I don’t like how the liner is not attached to the shell inside the hat
The XXL size just what I need, and practically impossible to find from mainstream sources. The hat has excellent quality and comes with a handy kit to fine tune the fit.
I have a 22" head and bought the Black M/L. It is perfection. Comfortable and warm. Not itchy and not too tight nor too loose. The bill is longer rather than wider and so provides a natural, protective awning for those who wear glasses while venturing out in the soggy Pacific Northwest. The ear flaps add a cozy barrier to the cold but not so snug as to muffle conversation. Great product design.

This is very nice looking and seems well made. The polar fleece lining is a nice touch. I would caution that if your head is larger, size up. I am a women and got the medium/large and it is none too big.

It's PERFECT! This is the second one I've purchased in a month. The sizing is hard to judge, though, due to multiple size hat ie M/L, L/XL. Otherwise, my husband says this is the best hat he's had for weathering our extreme cold right now.
This is a great hat. I have a large head and it was actually a bit big, but the hat had a cord inside where I could tighten it up just the right amount. Thank you, I have a hard time finding hats large enough. And it keeps my head warm in freezing temperature dog walks. Awesome!!!!
love this hat ! I have trouble finding hats that fit. A number of "Big Hat" companies I've tried and still can't find a hat that fits. This one, "Top-EX" does ! It's a great looking Winter beanie, available in various colors, I bought 2, then 2 more to have as back up. I would recommend !

My husband saw this hat online and thought it would be great for the winter while shoveling the driveway etc. I ordered it for him and he LOVES it! He says it's very warm and better than a tossel hat because it protects his ears and the bill of the hat keeps falling snow out of his eyes/ face. Delivery updates from the company were great also.

It's a bit tight on a head that usually wears a medium. Pretty color. Haven't worn outside yet.
This is a nice design but it is not for winter wear in the upper Midwest USA.
