This hat is very well made, comfortable to wear, and the sizing is generous but not crazy. I enjoy this style of hat where you can button up the sides or extend them for a larger shaded circle. This provides sun protection for your head and your neck when you leave the side flaps down. Great value for money! I need a few more colors!

I normally order the light khaki color in this style of hat to help reflect the sun, but decided to change things up and order the light grey. I was presently surprised with how nice this color looks. It's more of a medium grey than light and the color of the hat matches the product picture, at least on my screen. My pictures make it look lighter than it really is, so keep that in mind when looking at my photos.The product description claims it's, "Foldable and compact", which it is, but as the manual states it may leave creases in the hat. Pros: 1) I like the light grey color 2) Feels made with a quality material with nice stitching throughout. 3) Chin strap is removable when not needed. 4) Neck flap provides good coverage in the back (see my first photo), and when snapped in the front, covers the sides and front of the neck also. Just the nose, under the eyes, and part of the chin are not covered. 5) I have a large head with hat size 7-3/8, 23 inches (58.5 cm) in circumference, and the M/L fit near perfect. It has a cinch cord if you need a tighter fit. 6) It is waterproof. I tested it in a recent downpour and the water beaded up and rolled off nicely.

The TOPEX waterproof sun hats is very convenient to wear while working on the yard or speaking time on the beach or outdoors. It is off a good quality and it is waterproof which is great value for the money as it keeps the head well protected from sun and rain especially when working outdoor on the beach, yard and any other work requiring outdoor activities. The fitting is very appropriate matching the regular sizing according to standards. It is awesome to have because the hat feels airy and allow the inside to breath because of the material and design of the hat, which is simply awesome. This is a great find for us and we highly recommend this hat!

This is a very light weight, good looking, breathable hat! For my hubby who refuses to wear any hat and needs to he popped this on and went right out the door to work on the tractor, liked the Army green color. Has great neck coverage because after a day outside on the boat his looked like a vine ripe tomato, so this will certainly help! It really does have a lot of ventilation which he appreciates because he runs hot and even hotter in the Southern sun. Great to keep them gnats out of your ears too. Very unisex design so anyone can wear it. Will compact to take camping, on the boat, fishing, hiking, hunting or any adventure roll it up stick anywhere and waterproof yay!

Just what I needed for a trip to Thailand next month. Next month is the hottest month of the year there and this will help alleviate issues with sun while I'm walking around the city or if I head for the beach. You can just put the extra neck part in the hat to wear it without the neck cover. There is also a button that you can close to keep the neck portion in place if there is a lot of wind. Size - I measured my head before ordering twice just to make sure. I was 23inches. Ordered the medium to large and it just barely fit me. I probably could have gone to the next size up and been OK since there is a way to tighten it.

Got the hat and put it to use immediately mowing the yard. Loved it but the only flaw is the brim is not stiff enough. The wind catches it and blows it up so the sun is in my face. Otherwise, great hat.

This hat is more suitable for men as it's a rounded brim. And neck protection part is very helpful for walk, fishing, and bicycle rides.
I recommend this hat to any/all men looking for an outdoor activities hat.

Good for rain, but the neck flap needs to be longer, wind blows it out and has it flapping around while riding my mower. Decent quality though. I work as and outside janitor so im either directing pickups mowing and keeping up the grounds. Gave the hat a run for its money the other day and it did good. Just needs quite a bit longer neck flap to give it some grab against the wind.

Very nice hat

For starters, this hat was true to size, unlike many products bought online. It's comfortable and the flap is long enough and wide enough to cover thoroughly, and the brim is just wide enough. Sewn well, finished and neat.

I really like this hat. It does actually fit bigger heads, unlike some.

The little vent holes really only serve to make sure air escapes when you put the hat on your head. However, I'm not worried about getting a sunburn on my scalp like I would be with similar hats.
