Dylan Waterproof Bucket Sun Hat

Nice to have it when mowing the lawn.

For those of us with larger than normal heads, you know the struggle is real. Finding a hat that fits is always a challenge, that's why I was so excited to find this one. It's an adjustable bucket hat with a removable chip strap. Great for sun protection and is water resistant for water sports or the beach. It's nice and lightweight, made of a breathable mesh that will keep you cool even on the hottest days. The chin strap is a great feature as it gets really windy here. Looking forward to stepping out in style.

The bucket hat is stylish but also fits well. I usually buy a L/XL fitted hat and the large size of this hat fit pretty much like a glove. I like the logo on the front and the navy blue color.

I lost my hat and got this one to replace it. I like this replacement because it is comfortable and adjustable. I also like the strap. I��m not thrilled with the khaki I ordered. It is darker and more orange than the picture on the listing page. I would have liked something more like the color on the page, but this color works ok.

Exceeded expectations.
Delivery was fast! Product quality fit and finish is very good. I did a quick water test on it and water ran off as expected. No rain yet so can say for sure.
As far as a company, I was impressed with the customer service. I had accidentally ordered two hats. A short email to them and they cancelled one order immediately!

Great product for any individual who requires a large hat. I would recommend the product and service to everyone.

100% waterproof. The brim is wide enough to keep the rain from rolling down your neck but not so wide it gets in the way. Much better looking than some of the alternatives.

I bought the hat as a rain hat because of the wide brim. I have worn the hat in a couple of rain episodes and it has performed well.

I like the style, fit and functionality

I have a very large head. I can��t ever find hats that fit. This one was perfect. It didn��t control the temperature as much as I would like but I do sweat a lot. Kept the sun off. Looked great and made of quality material

What a great summer hat with UV protection helps me with my yardwork and gardening as my days are very sunny and bright. I do want to protect my head from sunburn and exposure to the sun for long periods of time. The size is a good fit not too snug. You are able to adjust the strap if needed.

Great hat, not one drawback I see.

First off it fits me when most do not. I wear a hat size 8 & 3/8. Usually an XL is about a 7 & 1/2. XXL's don't fit me either. This one ( it comes in 3 sizes and mine is the largest labeled XL/XXL) if left loose is so big as to droop over my face and drop over my ears. But there is a sliding buckle at the back around the crown to cinch it up smaller to whatever degree you choose. I get a perfect fit. If I grow my hair out it will still fit. In winter I could wear a stocking cap under it for extra warmth with the hat providing waterproofing against rain or snow and even then it would still fit if I adjust the strap accordingly.

Once the strap is set, I found it possible to tuck the leftover end into the slot thru the fabric and so prevent it from dangling loose for a better appearance. Used a blunt chopstick to gently push it thru.

I wouldn't deliberately fold over the semi-stiff brim but crushing the hat portion flat with the brim makes it easy to pack or store on a closet shelf once dry and is harmless. Just don't wad it up and stick it into your back pocket.

The hat is a soft grey and the adjustment strap is black - it looks very nice. The logo above my forehead is subtle, not garish with somebody's advertising emblazoned there. The inside of the hatband is smooth and comfortable to wear. It is protection against sun as well as water.

I walk my dog with the leash in my right hand and my walking cane in my left. Using this hat along with a waterproof jacket or parka I stay as dry as with an umbrella without the need for a third hand. Will pay off for you too at say a ballgame where holding an umbrella would be tiresome for you and block the view of those behind you. Also is lighter weight to carry and easier to dry off after use, just shake and place it right side up wherever.

I recommend this particular hat highly - it is well designed, well made of good fabric, fits perfectly, and is really superb. 5 stars twice over.

I fly drones and I am always wearing my hat when I am out and about.
My old hat is a straw hat, and it is beginning to show it age.
So before it falls apart, I went looking for a replacement. I saw this and opted for it.
Such a good idea.
I am a Large in everything and this fits my head perfectly. Oh sure, it did take a small bit of adjustment, but once adjusted, it is very comfortable.
During those really hot summer days, simple soak the hat in water to help keep you cool.
I also really appreciate that this hat if foldable into quarters, and that allows me to fit it into my drone backpack just fine.
And if you are looking for a gardening hat, this will serve you well.

This is a nice hat to use when out in the sun. It helps keep the sun out of your face. The hat is well made and feels like it will last a while.

I got this for my big head when I garden. It provides me with enough protection from the sun and doesn't make my head feel hot because it has a mesh lining that allows are to circulate. It would make a good fishing hat as well. And it is stylish, in it own way.
