Looks great on my husband and does the job of sun protection. The chin strap is detachable. He didn't like the white logo so he colored it with a sharpie. The material kept him cool and was comfortable.

I��ve been searching for a wide brim bucket hat for longer than I��d care to admit but finally�� the search is indeed over. I love this hat.
After looking and trying so many one-size-fits-all hats for my 7 ? noggin, this hat is exactly what I was looking for. It��s lightweight and what��s even better is that I can adjust it for the perfect fit if I need to. The quality of the material and stitching is great and being able to remove the chin chord is a welcome touch.

Ordered this for my kayaking excursions on the water. I have an older similar hat, but honestly it looked pretty bad as was beige and had a short rounded cap. This one, with the color and squared off cap looks much better and matches my vest and gear better. I'd previously avoided using the other hat per the looks, so wore a baseball cap, but everyone know that doesn't protect your ears or neck. This is much better coverage and has a draw string so won't fall off if you get dunked. Looking forward to using it in the spring!

The fit was good for my big head, but I thought that hat would be more rigid. It is very floppy.

It meets all my expectations, and if there is anything to advise, be vigilant on sizing - measure your head and then consider how loose or tight you want it to be. I make sure I used the straps as it will take off on ya in a gust. I like the color, great for Florida.

Hat works well - keeps it's shape, dries quickly, and provides good protection for face and back of neck from the sun. Best of all my head doesn't get hot while wearing!

My son loves this hat. It fits his head with his thick braids. It offered great protection from he sun while we were abroad this summer and it dried quickly after it had gotten wet.

I wear an 8 1/4 hat and this fits me very well. In fact, it is a bit big but can be adjusted down to my size easily. If you have a big melon, or are buying a hat for someone who does, this is the ticket.

Quality seems as expected. The chin strap does not work, it pulls out very easily. Even if you don��t use it pulls out, but if you do need it to hold the hat on your head mine didn��t work at all. My bean is 24 1/2�� so fits with room to spare, good for sun protection. Looks good, comfortable, it��s a hat.

I have an exceptionally large head and find most hats don't come close to fitting me. This one actually fits loosely, so I'm good to go even if my head gets fatter!

Fits well. I have a larger melon and this hate fits great. The drawstring around the crown makes it great to make snug. Very lightweight and packable. Folds up easily. Nice quality. Been using it daily and holds up well.

As others have said, it's great to find a place that specializes in hats for oversize noggins. I wear a size 8 hat, and the XL is actually just a touch on the large side (which was easy to compensate for with the tightening band). I liked it so much that I just bought a replacement after losing my first one at a concert.
