Warm winter accessories are a matter of survival here on the Northern Plains, and winter will be here soon enough. This 100% Merino Wool Watch Cap, in the Gray color size L-XL-XXL is a basic necessity. All the details are well executed here. I turned it inside out for one photo to show that the inside is finished very neatly. You could probably wear it inside out by accident and not notice. It has good elasticity and I love that it is the longer type of cap that can be turned up either once or twice. My fiance will probably borrow this, he has a pretty big head and I got the bigger size thinking of him. He's not used to the cold winters here and this warm wool hat is a good place to start to get prepared to face the deep cold.

I'm a natural fibers kinda gal. If I can avoid buying synthetic fibers, I am happy! I was greatly impressed to find a 100% merino wool hat. The price when I selected this was only $25. I consider this an exceptional value for a merino wool hat. Not only was this a great value, it is very well made. This hat is nice and soft, and has a tight knit, and a firm stretch to the hat band. The cuff style hat band is created by rolling it up twice. In my second photo, you can see the had when the cuff is unrolled. One of my pet peeves is ordering items that say they are a certain fiber content in the listing, but do not come with any fiber identification on the garment. It makes me suspicious that the item might not be as it was advertised. I am pleased to say this hat came with a fiber content tag sewn neatly inside the hat as seen in my third photo. The fourth photo shows the tags that came on this hat claiming the fiber content, warranty, features... I'm looking forward to some cooler weather so I can give this had a real test! It's currently 80 degrees outside... not merino wool weather just yet. ;) This merino wool hat is quality material and quality construction. I would highly recommend this.

This is a great hat. The knitting is superb, the wool is very soft, and the adjustability is a very welcome feature. I absolutely adore this wool cap.

This beanie fits me perfectly in the medium size (the "M/L" size), but my husband would need the XL �� so I really appreciate that it comes in two sizes instead of the usual one-size-fits-all. It makes a big difference in comfort.

The quality is excellent. It��s 100% merino wool, soft and non-itchy, and it feels warm without being bulky. I only buy natural fibers, so this one checks that box for me. I can��t stand hats that are too tight, but this one sits comfortably and still feels secure.

I also like the versatility of the style �� cuffed for a classic look, or pulled down to cover the ears on colder days. The one-year warranty was a nice surprise, and at the current price (around $25), I think it��s a great deal for merino wool.

I love that this is 100% Merino wool, and not some combination of wool and other fabrics. I hate to sound like a wool snob, but I can tell the difference. Merino is just s-o-o-o-o soft.

It's smaller than I expected, but this makes it possible to roll it up and stuff it into a coat pocket, which isn't possible with other caps that I've owned.

I wish the blue was a true navy, but the knit pattern is classic, and it has just the right amount of stretchiness.

I could live without the leather logo tag, but it's easy enough to remove with a simple stitch-puller, so it's not a problem.

Hurry up, winter! I want to start wearing this.

I bought this as a gift, and the recipient loved it. The merino is not super thick, but because it is real wool I think it will keep his head warm. It feels nice and is pretty soft, given that the weave is fairly tight. Wool keeps its warmth even when wet, which comes in handy during the winter where we live. The hat has options as to how far down you fold it. He didn't want the shorter, beanie option but folded it once so it looks like a regular watch cap. His head is XL and the hat stretches to fit fine.

My 15yo son and I are already arguing over this cap, and he may have gotten the better of me, as he's been wearing it since it arrived. The wool is soft and stretchy, and the ribs and the very slightly scratchiness of merino add up to make this a really cool looking and really practical winter beanie. It can sit atop the head and not cover the ears, or, because it folds twice, it can come quite far down.
