Nice, thick, soft, comfy and large enough to fit over my full set of hair extensions.

I love this beanie! I got it because both my synthetic knitted and pure wool knitted beanies were too itchy. My soft fleece beanies were comfy, but not quite warm enough. This PolarWool fleece lined slouchy beanie uses soft fleece against my skin, but merino wool on the outside. It's super cozy and has plenty of room for my hair. I can even tuck my ponytail inside of it! I love the look of the slouch, and the visor is a great feature. It keeps a lot of the mist off of my glasses on my morning walks.

I got the XL/XXL for my husband. He wears a fitted cap of 7 3/4 and felt the hat was a bit tight and he had to work to get the cap on deep enough to look good. I would say it runs slightly small but not so much it doesn't work.

I originally bought this hat for my husband to wear in the colder months - he shaves most of his head, and without a cap, it can get pretty chilly. He tried it on, but quickly realized it��s not the kind of hat you just throw on and go. It needs a bit of styling and faffing to make it just right, and he has neither the patience nor the inclination for that.

This hat is just what I wanted for my husband who has a rather large head and wears hats a lot. This beanie has a very long visor which is also great for keeping the sun / snow out of his face. That it is fleece lined is an extra bonus for keeping his head warm and covered from the elements.

This is a very good hat of its type. The Merino wool is comfortable and warm, and I far prefer it to synthetics or cotton (cotton is terrible in drizzle or rain). The fabric is great: wool makes me itch, but I can wear Merino wool without that problem. I have been looking for a beanie to keep my head warm and also shield my eyes, and this does both.

My only reservations are about the fit. I own a sized had marked 7-3/8 that fits me well, so I ordered the M/L in this beanie. This fits but is a bit snug, and I think the next size up would have been better. Also "slouchy" is almost an understatement. There is a lot of extra room in this.

Recommended as a high-quality beanie with visor, as long as you want the slouch. If you are near the upper size limit, you should probably size up. Nice product!

Its so big,and warm, and nice feeling. I got the bigger size half expecting it to still not fit my big ol head, and yall!!! It fits!!!!! Really well!!!! Im sooo happy! I never find anything like this to fit at all, let alone perfectly!!!

"Fleece Lined Slouchy Visor Beanie" gets my "Most Accurate Description Award" for the year. Not just accurate, but it catches the personality of this cap. This is a light to mid weight knit fabric with lots of it in the right places so that it does give that "back of the head" drop when the head and ears are fully covered. The Merino wool on fleece is all I need to keep my head warm even in cold weather. I usually don't buy clothing from "fits men and women" ads, but the size range going up to XXL ensured me that I wouldn't get a scrap of material I couldn't get over my head. XL-XXL is perfect for my big head. The fabric is soft and stretchy, and it is sewn well and otherwise constructed throughout.

This is a great hat. I am getting ready for winter, and one thing I wanted was a warm, comfortable hat that would make my life easier. This hat promises to do that. It is well made and generously sized, so it fits on my rather large head easily. I like the comfort and warmth of watch or stocking caps, but I find that, without goggles, while working outside in a snow storm, the snow keep blowing into my eyes. The hard brim on this cap should keep the snow away from my eyes, even without goggles. The knit fabric also allows for comfortably wearing ear buds or glasses with the hat on. An added bonus is that the hat does look a bit more stylish than your average watch cap, so it can dress up your look a bit, if the occasion requires that. Now that I have this hat, I can hardly wait for winter to give it a good workout.
